At Styleport, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality women’s fashion at affordable prices. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances except where required by consumer protection laws.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we cannot offer a refund, whether due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or dissatisfaction with the product.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged product.
You received an incorrect item (wrong size, style, or color from what was ordered).
3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
You must notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery with proof (photo/video) of the defect or incorrect item.
Exchanges must be made in person at one of our Styleport outlets in Hyderabad.
The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:
Sale or discounted items.
Accessories, innerwear, or intimate clothing (due to hygiene reasons).
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alterations after purchase.
5. Process for Exchange
Visit any of our Styleport outlets in Hyderabad with the product, receipt, and proof of issue (if applicable). Our store team will inspect the item and, if approved, you may choose a replacement item of equal or greater value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
6. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
7. Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .
Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.
Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product
Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
All orders will be delivered within 7 business days.
